To access many websites on the internet, you need an ID and password. The problem is that there are so many sites, and their password creation guidelines are often different from each other.

​인터넷상에 존재하는 수많은 웹사이트를 이용하기 위해서는 아이디와 비밀번호가 필요하다. 그런데 사이트들이 너무 많고, 비밀번호 생성 규칙이 서로 다를 때가 많다는 것이 문제다.

 

Using the same password across multiple sites makes you vulnerable to hacking, so it's best to use different passwords for each site. This makes it increasingly difficult for users to remember their passwords. Sometimes, people can't log in and end up having to create new passwords.

이러한 방법으로 기억하기 쉽고 보안에도 탁월한 자기만의 비밀번호를 만들 수 있다. 같은 암호를 여러 사이트에서 사용하면 해킹에 취약해져서, 사이트마다 서로 다른 비밀번호를 쓰는 것이 좋다. 그래서 사용자들은 비밀번호를 기억하기가 점점 어려워진다. 때로는 로그인을 못해서 결국 새로운 비밀번호를 만들어야 하기도 한다.

 

I also found it very difficult to remember my passwords. So, after giving it a lot of thought, I discovered a few strategies:

1. Create a base password and add the first letter of each site's name to the beginning or end of the password.

2. Combine two unrelated words and insert numbers or special characters between them.

​나도 비밀번호를 기억하기 너무 어려워서 고심하다가 몇 가지 방법들을 알게 되었다.

1. 기본이 되는 비밀번호를 만들고, 각 사이트 이름의 첫 글자를 비밀번호 앞이나 뒤에 붙인다.

2. 연관이 없는 두 단어 사이에 숫자나 특수 문자를 넣는다.

 

Using methods like these, you can create your own passwords that are both easy to remember and highly secure.

​이러한 방법으로 기억하기 쉽고 보안에도 탁월한 자기만의 비밀번호를 만들 수 있다.

B: I write them all down in my phone's notes app whenever I get a chance.나는 틈나는 대로 휴대폰 메모장 앱에 전부 적어 놔.
